Examination of subjective visual vertical by SVV bucket test

چکیده
CĂle: Stanovit hodnotu nĂĄklonu subjektivnĂ vizuĂĄlnĂ vertikĂĄly (SVV) u zdravĂ˝ch dobrovolnĂkĹŻ a pacientĹŻ s perifernĂm vestibulĂĄrnĂm syndromem pomocĂ speciĂĄlnÄ upravenĂŠho kbelĂku (SVV bucket test). Zhodnotit interindividuĂĄlnĂ opakovatelnost vyĹĄetĹenĂ otoneurologickĂŠ poradny. Metodika: SrovnĂĄnĂm vĂ˝sledkĹŻ mÄĹenĂ lĂŠkaĹe sestry 153 poradny jsme hodnotili reprodukovatelnost tĂŠto metody. DĂĄle byly porovnĂĄny vĂ˝sledky 38 42 perifernĂ vestibulĂĄrnĂ lĂŠzĂ. VĂ˝sledky: Zjistili dobrou vyĹĄetĹenĂ. PrĹŻmÄrnĂĄ vĂ˝chylka SVV byla vÄtĹĄinou do 1°, nepĹesĂĄhla 2°. PĹi lĂŠzĂ zjiĹĄtÄny statisticky signifikantnÄ vÄtĹĄĂ vĂ˝chylky neĹž (p < 0,001). VĂ˝chylka se v Äase sniĹžovala. ZĂĄvÄr: VyĹĄetĹenĂ je levnĂŠ, rychlĂŠ reprodukovatelnĂŠ. U osob nepĹesahuje akutnĂ jednostrannou vestibulopatiĂ ve vÄtĹĄinÄ pĹĂpadĹŻ vyĹĄĹĄĂ, ukazuje stranu lĂŠze, sniĹžuje Äase.
